Are you seeking support and connection on your mental health journey? Join Dr. Wheeler's Group Therapy sessions to embark on a path of healing and growth. Sessions are specialized, structured, goal oriented, and have a fixed duration. To maximize effectiveness, our dedicated groups are closed and exclusive to group members. Group sizes are intimate with between 9 and 12 members.

Your first session will be a one-on-one screening with Dr. Wheeler to determine the group most suitable for your needs.
